Hi, I'm Emma Goddard, and baking has been a lifelong passion of mine. From a young age, I could always be found in the kitchen with my mum and nanna, seizing every opportunity to bake and create something special.

A highlight of my journey was nearly making it onto The Great British Bake Off. Unfortunately, a car accident meant I had to step away just before reaching the iconic tent stage. Though it was a challenging moment, it only deepened my commitment to sharing my love of baking with others.

I specialise in cupcakes and tray bakes, experimenting with a variety of flavour profiles to craft treats that delight the senses. Blissful Bakes is the realisation of my dream—to create and share delicious baked goods that bring joy to everyone.
